For 1-4 September 2022, Jardins du Trocadéro, Paris, France embraced Village international de la gastronomie 2022 with representatives from more than 50 countries. Hong Ky Tea proudly represented Vietnam’s tea connoisseurs to introduce its national treasure, Snowy Mountain Ancient Tea, which is widely considered “God’s forgotten gift”, harvested from its cloudy Northern ranges.
The festival exploded on 3 September 2022, Paris local time, expert Eastern culturalist, Nguyễn Hữu Hồng Kỳ, Hong Ky Tea’s Chairman performed tea ceremonies and shared his vast experience on Eastern teaism at Eiffel Tower’s centre stage. The 30 minutes specifically reserved for introduction of Việt Nam’s culinary, and 10-minute documentary narrated in English subtitles in French have impressed hundreds of distinguished guests and visitors.
Renown expert culturalist Master Nguyễn Hữu Hồng Ky, Hong Ky Tea’s Chairman, will perform Vietnam’s tea ceremonies and introduce the fine tea, four distinctive types White, Red, Green and Ta Xua, to delegates and distinguished guests. He also shares his rich experience in Eastern teaism and methods to cure tea from the East specifically and West generally. Hong Ky Tea once again stamps its dominance and aim on promoting Việt Nam’s finest tea to the world to maximise its potential and to appreciate teaism round the world.
In addition to tea celebration, Vietnam’s stall for this event offers Vietnam’s authentic culinary dishes by Ngọc Xuyên Sai Gon. Guests may also enjoy Vietnam’s cultural activities such as folklore dancing, and string plays from its vibrant and colourful ethnicities.
