-    Snowy Mountain Tea (also known as Shan Tea, Snow Tea) is a unique tea variety in Vietnam that has existed for hundreds of years. The tea trees naturally grow in their habitats without human intervention. They are harvested biannually during Winter and Spring and productivity is entirely dependent on weather conditions. (Shan in the ethnic language means "Mountain")
-    There are two types: Snowy Mountain Tea naturally grows at altitudes from 1,000m to over 2,000m, and industrially cultivated Snowy Mountain Tea is grown at altitudes from 500m to under 1,000m.
-    The Hong Ky Tea is harvested 100% from buds and young leaves of the ancient over 200-year-old snowy mountain tea trees. These trees grow completely naturally in the high mountains, at altitudes ranging from 1,300 to 2,000m. Some tea trees can reach heights of 25m and can be up to 400 years old.
