How to Prepare and Enjoy Snowy Mountain Ancient Tea:
With only 5g (~ 1 serving), you can fully savor the delicate aroma of tea with your beloved family, friends, and companions.
💫 Usage instruction:
- Warm the teapot with boiling water.
- Add 5 – 8 g of tea to the 150 – 250 ml teapot. Pour boiling water into the teapot to just cover the tea leaves, gently shake it in a circular motion for a few seconds, and then pour out the water.
- Carefully pour 90 – 95˚C heated water into the teapot (do not directly pour water at 100˚C onto the tea), and cure for 20 – 25 seconds.
- Pour all into a container, using a tea-strainer (avoid keeping tea in the teapot), then pour the tea into small cups, and enjoy the delicious and pure flavor of the ancient Vietnamese tea from the Northern Mountain peaks.
💫 Tea Serving Recommendations:
- Enjoying Snowy Mountain Ancient Tea is not limited by temperature preferences. For a hot tea experience, simply wait a little while for the freshly brewed tea to cool down. If you prefer a chilled flavor, add ice or store the tea in the refrigerator until it's cold.
- Feel free to enjoy the tea on its own or pair it with Vietnamese confectionery specialties (light sweetness) or cookies to enhance the taste.
